When a Windows 10 monitor is set to a scale other than 100%, many new windows in ProContractor open incorrectly in very small print or with some print overwriting other print. Viewpoint doesn't explain that only the primary monitor needs to be set to 100% scaling in a multiple monitor environment. This problem makes ProContractor unusable on 4K laptops with scaling set to 200% or better. Since we use Surface Book laptops with 3K screens, we can not use ProContractor with the laptops. Viewpoint's workaround of setting scaling to 100% is useless since then ALL PRINT on a 3K or 4K laptop is unreadable. Our workaround is to connect the 3K laptop to a 1080P external monitor, then set the external monitor as Windows 10 primary monitor with scale at 100%, then logoff and back on, then ProContractor will work correctly on a 3K or 4K laptop as long as the user does not log off.
