Vendor invoices are sorted in the order they are enter and printed in a random order. I would like to be able to sort the invoices in alphabetical order and printed in the same order.

You are correct, however you can't sort for example on the open payables report. I don't want my report in date order, I need to be able to print by invoice order. This is only one area that this occurs in.
You can do this. On the Print Vendor Payments, there is a primary sort and a secondary sort. Put it to sort by vendor.
