Have the job number and purchase order number show up next to the invoice number on the checks registers that you print after printing ap checks.

In Management Suite, when you ran your check registers (for vendors with more invoices that fit on the check stub, the check register printed the Invoice Number, Invoice Date, the Gross Amount, Discount, Net Check, The job number, job name and the task code. This made looking for a specific job related invoice easier to find, since you could look at the register see if you had paid any invoices for that job. When you are paying large amounts of money to one vendor, sometimes it is harder to find what you are looking for as there could be several invoices that might apply to that job.
