There are items that should automatically populate when entering a customer invoice. For example, billing format (if there is only billing format for the job) Customer (the job only has one customer) and Owner, the user entering the invoice is the owner... I know these are small items, but unnecessary steps.

Not only that, but even if there are tow billing formats, IE. billing and T&M. It's obvious that you aren't going to bill a T& M invoice on the contract invoice screen. There are two many steps on way to many things. Just like when you enter the invoice, you have to put in 2 dates. So of these things should be on the project set up screen and eliminated on the invoice entry screen.
