Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Currently, anyone who has access to enter vendor invoices or view vendor invoices can see any invoice in the system. For instance, even though the controller enters the health insurance invoices and sends to the owner for the approval, if the Accounts Payable clerk (or Project Manager) is curious, they can dive right in and open up the invoice and see what the company is paying for each employee, what coverage each employee has, and the last four digits of the ss# for that employee. Another issue is owner life insurance payments, employee drug tests, and all loan payments for the company. These items are to be confidential, but it is only limited by "their" curiosity. They can review the invoices and see who was randomly selected for a drug test, how much we owe own our building and how much we owe on our company equipment and vehicles.
