Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
In our company we have our project managers approve vendor invoices associated with their project before posting it. What if they need to follow up on the invoice or have a question about it for accounting? right now we have them put it in a "Questions" posting group, but we have to go to each individual project manager, ask them what their questions was on the invoice, and they have to re pull it back up and re review it to remember the question they have for us, then we have to research it and give it back to them. If we could add notes through the process that would be wonderful. (FYI some of our project managers are computer illiterate and we have limited their permissions so they don't accidently change something, we don't want them to go to the edit invoice function). We just want one line or button for them to add their question on within the 1st page of the "Approve Vendor Invoices"> "Selected Invoices" function.
