It would be nice to be alerted when tax authority and taxable differ so it can be corrected immediately. This would be helpful when setting up projects, entering invoices, contract & T&M billings, etc. (1) I recently created T&M invoices. The 1st one had taxable and tax authority match up on the general tab, but they did not on the billing tab individual lines. The other T&M invoices were okay. I did not realize the tax until I ran the sales tax report so being alerted would allowed me to correct on the spot. (2) When one does the 1st contract billing, taxable can be seen and corrected, but it would be nice to see that when setting up the project so you don't have to go back and fix it. Thus, the alert would save time, have us be more efficient and make the sales tax report more accurate.
