Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Our company has a 401K plan that if we have a profitable year our employer will make a contribution to our plan. In order to compile all the require information, I need a report that would give the following information. Employee Name, Birthdate, Hire Date, Term Date, Total Hours Worked, Total wages Earned for the year, Earnings for each quarter, Sex of Employee, Any 401k or Roth Contributions they made during the year and Employer Match Contributions.
While I realize this is a lot of columns, this report could be done in two or three lines if necessary.
I currently have to run Employee Earnings History for the year and manually total the hours (because the report doesn't STUPID), the I have to run the fringe report for 401K/Roth Earnings, I have to export a report giving the employees SSN, Birthdate, Name & Sex and Term dates, as well as earning by quarter reports and then have to combine all this information in to excel report to give our 401K firm. Since all of this information in in PXMC it would be nice to be able to have all this info in one place.
I doubt that I am the only person using this software that has to run multiple things to get this information.
