We have our Project Manager code and approve all invoices then our Vice President has the final approval to check behind the Project Manager. We have to have the Project Manager see all invoices first so that the Vice President knows he's looked at them, coded them, and approved them before he (VP) looks at them. The only way that we can ensure this happens in the right flow is to have the PM approve on Wednesdays and have the VP approve on Thursdays. This means that Accounting cannot input anymore invoices because the VP will approve all invoices by not paying attention to who has approved what yet. We should be able to set different level of approvers so that once the PM has approved it goes off to the VP and it does not hold us up on entering invoices; Only approved invoices by the PM should then go to VP, ones not approved should not.
