We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Cynthia, Why is your response to always purchase 3rd party stuff, electronic filing, certified payroll reports. We pay enough money each month for our support and upgrades (enhancements) this this should be included. Furthermore, it is apparent to use end users that either your programmers are either to lazy to want to create what we want or don't know how. There is no reason why the reports they system does generate couldn't be made to actually complete them on the pre-printed Government forms. If you can do the year end W2 forms you should be able to create the W3 forms and quarterly reports we need. Also, for the amount of money we pay, we should be seeing improvements to the accounting end of the software. So far in the 1-1/2 years we have been using this program, the only good enhancement has been the ability to enter non- AR Cash receipts in the Cash Receipts module. You and your programmers need to take a hard look at the comments in the suggestion box and start implementing them asap.
The electronic filing option within ProContractor is provided in conjunction with a 3rd party partner, Greenshades. This is a subscription that provides electronic filing for federal forms (W-2, 940, 941) as well as state forms (W-2, unemployment, new hire) Please contact your account manager to add this solution.
Employers in Texas would benefit greatly with time saving each quarter of no manual input
In American Contractor we were able to electronically submit Magnetic Media (ICESA) our quarterly report.
This was a real asset and time saver. In Texas we HAVE TO submit our reports online. You either upload electronic file or you TYPE IN NAMES AND AMOUNTS for everyone online and submit. I feel like I am going back to the dinosaur age. Help us please!
