Provide a menu function that will allow customer to copy their MaxAppDB data into MaxDemo DB.
- Should be a single menu function that allows customer to copy data to MaxDemo.
- Should not move binder item attachments, only data.
- Function should provide a visual of time remaining or progress of the process, with a prompt when process is completed.
- Function should run only when all users are not logged into the system (like User Defined Fields).
Historical Notes:
ProContractor is delivered with 2 databases - MaxAppDB and MaxDemoDB. MaxAppDB is designated to be the customer's live production system once they are up and running, while MaxDemoDB is a test or training database. MaxDemoDB is delivered with some demonstration data, but most customers want to move their MaxAppDB data into MaxDemoDB and use their own information for testing and training.
ProContractor previously had back up and restore functions on the menu, which proved to be buggy and not easily used by the customer.
