We have two divisions (it's all one company), but I need to add a clause onto our Commercial side invoices that we don't need on our Industrial side invoices. I thought I was able to toggle back and forth between the templates I made under modify forms, but I'm seeing now that it didn't work out and it goes with the defaulted one. I also thought putting the clause in Memo and modifying the form would work, but I can't get the modify form to pull up "memo" for the project or the customer. I need something that can help me make it happen to where I can print certain information on one invoice, but not the other without having to type it in on each invoice that's done. Mainly because I don't do the invoicing.... I JUST noticed that it's not working the way it should and I won't be able to get my boss to add this information on his own.
