When doing on screen take off and the Finish Box opens up, there should be a "Confirmation Box" pop up if you hit the "Subtract" button. Very rarely do you use "Subtract" but it is very easy to hit it by mistake when trying to hit the "Add" button. This would alleviate accidentally hitting "Subtract" and not even knowing it.

When you do use Subtract, it doesn't show up as a negative number in the NotePad. It should show up as a negative it would seem to me.
