Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Various column views are used on a daily basis and with 10 users, the custom column views that everyone can create will make for an extraordinarily long list that everyone is forced to scroll through. Additionally, with everyone's unique column views and naming styles, it becomes quite disorganized to scroll through every time you want to change your view.
What is needed is a default list of company standard views that can be set up at an administration level and easily available first. When users customize the company standard views to create their own personal views, they should be saved at that specific user's work station. Everyone has different things they may want to see at various points of the takeoff process and it is an excellent option to have the ability to customize the view however, there is no need to require everyone to scroll though a long list of everyone else's personal views that may never be used.

Company standards would also be useful for the estimating preferences settings. Sometimes a users profile fails to load or save in our environment and their custom settings return to factory default. It would be helpful if I could modify what that default was.
