Contractors could upload pre-bid information pertaining to the estimate (i.e. job-walk photos, external take-offs, specifications, ASI's, and Pre-Bid RFI's)

Thanks for the suggestion. There are a couple of ways users can upload pre-bid info currently in ProContractor estimating. The Bid & Proposals module has a built-in Binder that is used specifically for this type of information. A lot of our customers start every job by creating a Bid first, attaching all of the files and then moving through the takeoff and estimate process.
In addition to the Bid Binder, every item in an estimate has the ability to add attachments to the items. Double click on any item in the estimate and you will see an attachment tab at the top of the Edit Cost Item dialog box. Once you attach any docs here, a visual indicator will be placed to the left of the item on the estimate grid, letting the user know there is an attachment. The symbol is @.
