Annotation removal when using Replace in the Finish Takeoff pop up window
When using the Replace takeoff feature, the system should automatically ask if the associated annotation should also be deleted.
Currently users must manually locate and delete replaced annotation.
Additionally If the annotation in question is associated to another takeoff item, the system should provide a warning for that as well.
