Please review the attached screen shot of Blue Beam Extreme Revu. You can see how when you take off an item of work it reports back various other units that are appropriate. I have stopped using your DTO because it doesn't snap to corners or objects. It is WAY TOO rigid, needs to be more flexible. Switch back and forth between the DTO and estimate sheet takes too much tile and you need to able to configure the estimate item without leaving the DTO screen.

In addition, when you switch between Estimate and Takeoff, it doesn't resume where you left, but it has jumped to the top of the Takeoff list.
