When building ELAs we are forced to create multiple component items and unique enable rule answers in order to populate the desired components.
A simple example is a rebar ELA. We are forced to create separate questions for the size of the rebar for each type of rebar required (Vertical Rods, Ties, Hairpins, Thru Rods, etc.). We should be able to select the rebar size once and give a separate Item type component the ability to populate if the Quantity type component is greater than zero AND the rebar size has also been selected.
There are more complex situations when 3, 4 or even more enable rule answers can be used for a single component items, eliminating the need for redundant questions and dozens of extra components in ELAs.
This would considerably shrink the amount of components required to build ELAs and perhaps aid in the slow speed concerns associated with ELAs.
