Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
We have an extensive estimating catalog (1500+ pay/ bid items) - We have organized these into several folders. We need a check box to run thru each folder and select the items we will need for a particular estimate and then send them from the catalog to the estimate all at once. If there are multiple items in the same folder, we can hold the control and or shift key and select a few items, this does not work if you enter a new folder.

Thanks for the suggestion. I believe we can tackle this today via the Insert button from the Estimate windows toolbar. From the Estimate window, simply click on the Insert icon on the toolbar, then you will see your Catalog and can now open any folder(s). You can drag/drop to the estimate window from here as well as placing check marks in any item you want in your estimate. I have attached a screen shot below which should help you navigate to this function. Please let us know if this provides the ability you are looking for.
