I would like to see a writeable box located by the bid total box for the purpose of inputting the actual bid amout submitted on the bid form. Our company routinely rounds the bid total up or down for what actually gets written on the bid form. This would allow us to jot down the actually bid number.

If we get the bid we then have a record of what was on the bid form and as buy-out and scope reviews go on we can see the difference between the estimate total and what our bid was.  When they match the estimate is reconciled to the bid amount.
