Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Links are quite useful and I do like the ability to place links at any location however, users normally utilize links to navigate to a detail for clarity on the current plan, then will need to navigate back to the original plan to continue takeoff. Users should not have to take the extra time to set up and create additional links to navigate back to the original drawing when one way links are rarely needed. Bi-direction of links should be a set up as standard and one-way links should be the optional setting.

I agree and have put in for something sim. Most est. soft wares do a small window pop up (expandable) of the link/detail for review while you are looking at the drawing location to comprehend the scope involved. Not to mention some details are in multiple locations / so we check off those as reviewed and accounted for. instead of hitting them with the link again due to the complexity of linking now, we have to use the highlighter to do this and it would be better to have a "stamp/color" option for reviewed.
