Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Over all the Alternates Tabs is in great need of the functionality that the Estimate Tab provides. Alternates are used in the same manner as the base bid so it only makes sense to provide normal functions as in the Estimate Tab.
When an Alternate is opened it always defaults to the Summary Tab but should default to the Detail Tab since that is where all the work takes place. ELAs for example default to the Components Tab and not the Cost Detail Tab.
This could also be a new option in preferences?
