Multiple prospects for bid submission not available. Procontractor does not function on Bids for a Trade contractor. As a new Trade contractor client working through training we have just discovered the bid functionality is designed exclusively for a general contractor. We are only able to create one prospect per bid. As a Trade contractor we submit bids to up to 15 General contractors on Bid day. Our trainer has identified a very cumbersome work around that would not be efficient or practical for our business model (or any trade contractor) nor would we entertain using it. It is my request that the bid module allow for multiple prospects with varying bid values so that we can use one estimate and bid to submit to multiple prospects. I am very surprised and disappointed that this functionality is not a part of the program. Part of the sales discussion was that Procontractor was designed for $50m under Trade and General contractors but have found that this functionality of the bid day process does not support a Trade contractor.
