Why are just PDF drawings the only type of document that moves across when the bid is moved to a project through the project manager worksheet. There are many other items as important as the drawings that create the bid and are necessary for the project. The current system requires that we enter the multitude of binder items twice when once should be the standard. We were told that this program would be one that would handle all our projects from "cradle-to-grave" and this is not the case.

I agree with Mr. Martin request as it is a doubling of an effort of records which can be written once.
I agree with Mr. Martin. It seems as if the current method doubles the effort. The estimator should be able to place in the binder all items deemed pertinent, and the Project manager can determine if they are needed or not when the project becomes live.
