Folder Targeting When Users Are Prompted to Select an Item

In ELAs, when the Item Select Method is set to Include All Items, it opens a pop up window for the entire catalog. While this is a good baseline for this feature, it needs to take users to a specific folder.

The request is to allow "folder targeting" for the Item Select Method in order to eliminate the extra time required in searching for the appropriate folder.

For example when a rented equipment component is selected, it should take you directly to the rented equipment folder in the catalog and prevent users from potentially selecting and inserting the wrong catalog items, with the wrong units of measure.
