Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
It would be nice when entering contact information through the "Create Bid" process if we could import, drag drop an outlook .vcf file for basic information. ( Company, Contact Name, Phone Numbers, Email, Job Title ) we would still have to pick the "Contact Type" but that should be easy enough. On a side note: If the Company the individual works for isn't listed in the system, it would be really awesome if it could duel add the company with the same information as a placeholder until it is modified at a later time. maybe you could be prompted to "ADD Company & Info or pick from list"
