Make Last Selection the Default for Grid Properties Area instead of allways reverting back to "Site Perimeter"

Sometimes I have more than one perimeter, but when I go to the properties box in the Grid tab, I may have selected "Site Perimeter 2" as my area, but didn't like the displayed grid, so when I go back to the properties to change the grid spacing, it always reverts the area back to the "Site Perimeter" instead of the last area I had selected.  Maybe when the properties box opens, it looks for the last used area, but if that area is not there (like on a different project) it will revert back to "Site Perimeter"
