Using the DELETE Key on the Estimating Tab: this should NOT delete the entire line UNLESS you are in the Reference or Description fields. Ex. If you want to remove a comment, you should be able to use the delete key on this field without deleting the line. Also, there should be a warning when you Delete a cost item that has "Money in It".
