Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Just like in Manage Estimates, when you are in the Create Bids section of PC, there should be a drop down to quickly select recent bids you've been working on.
You'll likely tell me to just sort my Bids list by bid number to get the most recent ones. Great idea, accept sometimes you have to go back and work on an old bid that you may have created months ago. You might need to access it multiple times in one day tweaking things. Every time I need it I either have to type in the name or the number. It gets old, especially when the only way to save your work is to click Save Bid, which closes the bid as well (but thats another Suggestion that is already in the Suggestion Box).
Having a tab with the 5 or so most recent bids would be very handy and help streamline this very bulky/cumbersome/click happy software.
