Please make it easier to change % of retainage once the job is set up. Currently if we change the percentage, while the $ figure is calculated correctly on the AIA invoice, the line item is still stated at whatever it was originally set up as. We need more flexibility to change things once they're set up. All aspects of billing are not necessarily known at the time of set up!

  I a agree,  there is way to much time being spent on things that should be simple.

  Even if all aspects are known they can change! I know many customers that require 10% retention until a certain stage in the job, then they only require 5% to be held for the remainder. Definitely should be able to make changes as needed based on each company/projects' needs.
