Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
When you create a new Prospect Company and add a new contact the person is automatically entered as a GENERAL contact type. When you create a new bid you already have to specify a Prospect Company on the general tab. On the Contacts tab it asks you to enter a PROSPECT Contact. I propose one of two options. 1) instead of automatically adding a contact as GENERAL add as PROSPECT instead so that the persons name will show up in Create Bid, as opposed to having to go back into the Contact and changing/adding the designation of PROSPECT. 2) As you need to input the prospect company on the General tab in Create Bid, could the system just pull contacts associated with that Company and display them on the 'PROSPECT' row of the Contact tab.
