The ability to Calculate a bid to an Over Ride Number

If I have a set number I want my bid to be, the estimating software needs a closing routine to add or remove revenue from a user defined Bid Item so the total bid amount equals the user set amount.

    I would even just take a cell where you could type in the submitted bid amount and if successful in the bid, then reconcile the estimate.
