Efficiency Enhancement in Catalog Window: Currently in 3.12 estimators need to update like assemblies description individually. Often there can be multiple assemblies through the catalog of the exact same type. This is needed to structure the catalog and estimate with independent WBS codes of a given category. Updating and maintaining a catalog with multiple like assemblies can be challenging. Mostly likely "Update Similar Items" function in Estimate being built in the catalog so it queries like reference numbers and allow users to update descriptions automatically.

This feature should be on the estimate tab as well for descriptions of assemblies or cost items. If you change the description of an assembly or cost item it should change for that reference number throughout the estimate.
