Ability to copy items between list assemblies in the estimate window (when nested two deep or more)

Efficiency Enhancement in Estimate Window: Currently in 3.12 there is no way to use the PCE Estimate "Copy" feature to copy / move assemblies if those assemblies are more than one nested assembly deep.
