Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Hoping we could see a higher level of security when logging into ProContractor so that Admins can choose who has access to which company. We have multiple companies under our ProContractor but would like to limit who sees which Company --> Catalog --> Estimates.
For example: User 'A' logs into ProContractor and can view Company 'A' Financials/Catalog/Estimates within. User 'B' logs into ProContractor and can view Company 'B' Financials/Catalog/Estimates. User 'A' however cannot view anything that User 'B' is working on as the security setting do not allow this.
There could also be an added setting under: Administration > Security > User Group > Function Permissions that allow users to view all companies or choose from a list of companies so those with higher security clearance can access multiple companies at once under their account login.
This would be very helpful as we have multiple main companies that we work within, but would also like the option to add sub-companies that would be estimating under our main company; just with access to only their Company/Catalog/Estimates.
