ENTERED ON BEHALF OF A CUSTOMER - Ability to store and recall estimating images from a sharepoint cloud based url instead of having to have a physical drive location for the Image File Repository or Drawing file path in Estimating Prefefrences

Image Files currently require a physical local drive or network drive location for the image paths for the ProContractor estimating in the Estimating preferences.  This however does not work when a URL to a sharepoint data access point is used for the images.  Currently by default all of the images are stored on a local drive.  Customer would like the ability to add a URL to the Estimating Preferences>Data>Image File Repository and Estimating Preferences>Data>Drawing Files paths for recalling the images from their sharepoint cloud site where all of their other estimating and Vista data is located.  Without this capability the customer will not be able to use the ProContractor Estimating due to error messages about the image files as all of their data is run through the sharepoint cloud URL.
