We would like a way to remove completed projects from the manage estimates folder. We complete approximately 200 projects per year. We currently have over 1200 estimates on completed jobs that still show up when we open Manage Estimates. We would like to see and inactive folder or something added so we don't have to scroll through all these old jobs. Currently we put a Z in front of the completed project so it at least goes to the bottom of the menu, but we would like to get them out of the folder altogether.

  Not if it is tied to a bid. And to produce a proposal, you have to make it a bid...

  Hi Tom,

  You have the ability to remove estimates from the Folder by using the Manage Estimate Files option from the All Tasks Menu. It is under the Tools category.
