Be able to use right mouse key to pan drawing during takeoff portion

It's a lot faster and simple to use, rather than having to use the slider bars each time you want to move to a different section of the drawing.

    Hi Shane,

    You currently have the ability to utilize Pan Mode using the CTRL Key or CTRL - Left Mouse Button.  This is in lieu of using the slider bars. You can choose how you want to Pan by going to Estimating Preferences selecting the options mentioned above. I have also attached a screen cap to show you where it is.
