Since we started ProContractor we have completed several bids. When we created the bid it stays in the Bid/ All Bids drop down window. As of now we have over a hundred bids in this folder. How can I archive these. I want to have a 2014 folder with folders in it with the PM or estimators name. Now when I do not know the bid number or job number I search thru all the bids.

It would organize old unsuccessful bids /year from the Won bids/ year. Anyone looking for an old bid won or not can find it. This is how we organize the bids in our main estimating file

  Like many other folders or lists in this system, the estimate file folders need to be collapsible and expandable. When estimates are archived into their various folders, being forced to scroll through the single long list of estimates is unnecessary and makes looking for estimates files a hassle and take up too much time...
