So I have a perfect CAD file (Amazing, I know) and I have all of the curb areas in place. I am connecting all of the contour points along the bottom of curb to make sloping lines. With the "Proposed Areas" visible, I am "mousing" the cursor as close to the edge of the curb lines as possible as I go along. It would save time if the points would stick to the edge of the "Curb" area just like "Align to Image" works with imported plans. This would also save time when entering an adjacent area to an existing area, like entering paving beside curb lines that were previously entered. Instead of snapping to a point on the curb, dragging down all of the points, closing the box, panning or zooming to see where I stopped, snapping again and repeating the process until I get to where I am trying to end up, I could just "Trace" along the curb line and let the program auto pan as I get to the edge of the screen. This would save countless hours over a years worth of work. It would also alleviate the need to use the "Snap" Box that comes up in the Area tab, which in my opinion is the only downfall of Earthwork.
