To maintain a high safety record contractors are sometimes asked to show examples of safety meetings that were held on site before work begins in the morning. Being able to create a document that can be quickly read and signed by sub contractors or employees in the field you can eliminate another unnecessary paper trail. these documents could be saved to the binder and attached to each day possibly through DFR's. Also besides safety meeting many contractors provide a service that may require a signature by the client. again being able to achieve this through mobile connect and attaching to the day/job eliminates a paper trail and simplifies the work and timeliness of recovery for these types of items .
