Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
We currently use daily field reports submitted by foreman to put together our T&M billing. The daily field report is printed and the employees, equipment used and materials are all listed on a single daily field report per job per day.
We recently gave one employee access to time card entry and when reviewing time cards against the daily field reports found that this individual has a separate DFR from what the foreman entered for the day. The system does not allow for multiple daily field reports for the same day, so we end up deleting one record and adding the individual to the foreman's DFR.
Every employee is not always with a foreman that can enter their time for them, so we have been discussing rolling out time card entry to the entire crew, but with the current ProContractor process it will be more work inhouse.
I am requesting that all DFRs be consolidated into one report per day per project.
