Currently all that you are able to see is the first line or so of what is written. My superintendents need to be able to see what was written without needing to have my PM's create a pdf for each report.

Yes. It is silly that a super would create a DFR on mobile and then cannot fully view it. Additionally, if our client has access to PC mobile, they cannot view it either.
