Allow my project management team to define project critical documents that need to be pushed to PC Mobile for field use. Examples could include drawings, specifications, test results, company forms, etc.
In our current environment, project managers are coming up with ways, around the system, to share these documents. "Outside the system" translates into loss of version control among project parties.

I would setup a custom project binder type and give mobile users access to that binder type,. When uploading the document to the binder identify it with the custom binder type and PC Mobile users that have access to that binder type should be able to see the document.
We stopped using it for that reason, but they used to have a way that you could go into the server and send out all updated data. I don't remember how to do it.
