Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
It would be very helpful on the "Time Card Summary" the capability for the employees to choose a date range (maybe limit the end date to 7 days from the start date) so at the end of the week they can review their time for the week to identify any errors they made and also so they know the hours they are submitting to be included on their next paycheck.
If this weekly screen becomes available we will also be using it to obtain the required employee signature that is needed on timecards we pay from. I have attached two files. One shows the initial screenshot to be signed as soon as it is taken on the phone and the next file shows the two clicks that are needed to have the signed weekly time card emailed to payroll. Along with this fulfilling the requirement to have the signature of the employee on their submitted time, we will also use this while running the payroll to check for any differences in the time input to be paid and the time on the signed document.
