We need to see the total budget as one field to easily compare against the Contract Amount. It would also help us know if we have a budget in the system!
Currently, we get the different cost type fields to add to the Project Setup grid but we need the TOTAL of all budgeted costs in one cell. The current budget w/o change orders would be preferred. Then we should have a field for total approved changes.
This would then allow us to see Budget, Contract, and Approved Changes and New Contract (contract with approved changes) on each row for each job in on the Project Setup screen.
