Fix Automatic Contact Type Assignment in POs

We have set up our contacts so that there must be one contact type per contact, even though PCMX allows multiple contact types. The reason is consistency and efficiency in choosing contacts, as the correct contact type defaults when there's only one contact type per contact.

When creating POs and choosing the Vendor Contact and Requested By contact in the General tab, PCMX creates contacts (in the Contacts tab) with a contact type of GENERAL, which we have, by convention, disallowed.  The chosen contacts therefore are associated with multiple contact types and therefore the correct contact types for these contacts no longer default in other parts of the application.
