Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
We have an ongoing issue with data entry grids resetting in projects. It is happening in other areas of the program too, but the pressing area is projects/cost codes. When we select the grids for cost codes in project set up and arrange them in the order we need, they stay on that project, but when you start a new project the grids revert back to some unknown arrangement and the majority of the needed grids are not shown. I do realize that we can use the field finder to add the necessary grids, remove the ones that are not needed and rearrange them as needed for copy and past functionality, but that is not an ideal solution for every single new job entry.
