Collaborate with Viewpoint and your peers by providing us with your input
Rather than having to create a record for the same item multiple times when it comes in different colors, there should be a field on the item record that allows you to enter the various colors the product comes in. Some of our items have long names and because the field is capped at a certain number of characters, I am unable to even fit the color into the name at times but need this info on the PO
