Order quantity UOM and unit Cost UOM is confusing on PO

Although I understand what it means, it may be confusing to vendors that the UOM comes after the quantity and the cost. There needs to be a dollar sign to denote cost because this just looks like two different quantities that are being ordered rather than 290SY at a cost of $4/SY
